Shipping policy
Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before your order ships. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Processing times may take longer during high-volume periods, product drops, holidays, restocks, or unexpected delays. We appreciate your patience and will work to ship orders as soon as possible.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and the shipping method selected at checkout.
After a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any issues once your tracking information has been provided.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
