Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exchanges are accepted for eligible items only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, including the cost to ship the item back and the cost to receive the exchanged item.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Items with signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
